Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our”, “Ali & Co.”or “A&C” refers to Ali & Co. Jams Pastes Spreads (ABN 85 343 094 790), based in Melbourne, Victoria. “You” refers to the customer using the website or purchasing products.
By accessing this website (aliandco.com.au) or purchasing Ali & Co. Jams Pastes Spreads
products via this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Orders and payment
Orders
You must only place an order for personal use within Australia and not for resale or wholesale.
Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase for the price listed on the website at the time the order is made. If an order is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, creating a binding agreement between you and us on these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to accept, decline or cancel any order (including after an order is accepted but prior to delivery). If an order is declined or cancelled, within a reasonable period we will:
(a) endeavour to advise you via one of the contact methods supplied by you; and
(b) if we received payment from you, issue a refund.
Orders are subject to availability of stock. We do our best to keep products in stock and to keep the website up to date with availability of products.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Shipping options and costs are listed at checkout. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors.
You must pay for the products ordered and applicable shipping costs at the time of order via the methods shown at checkout.
You acknowledge that we offer payment through third-party providers and agree that your use of third party payment methods may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Gift Cards
Ali & Co. gift cards do not expire and remain valid as long as the business is in operation. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may only be redeemed online unless otherwise specified.
2. Delivery
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (2–7 business days*)
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days*)
International Shipping: at this stage, we only ship within Australia.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply to orders for multiple products as set out on the website at the time of ordering.
We endeavour to dispatch orders to the Australian address specified within 1–3 business days of receipt of your payment. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.
If you select 'Authority to Leave', the parcel will be left at the delivery address at your risk.
Where orders are shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel delivery system, if no one is available to sign for the parcel, it may be taken to a stated Post Office or Mail Centre for collection.
Identification and/or signature may be required upon collection.
Risk and title in your order passes to you upon delivery (including when left at the delivery address in accordance with an ‘Authority to Leave’) or collection.
Any person at the specified delivery address will be presumed to be authorised to accept the order.

*Shipping times are estimated by the delivery carrier and we are not liable for delays in delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at hello@aliandco.com.au and we will contact the carrier to attempt to locate the order. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by you or in circumstances where we have evidence of delivery to your delivery address.
3. Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to enjoy our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds and returns.
We offer a replacement or refund for incorrect, faulty or defective products or products which fail to be of acceptable quality. Please email us at hello@aliandco.com.au as soon as possible and provide us with your order number, details of the issue and photos.
For incorrect products we may provide you with instructions to return the products at our cost.
For products claimed to be faulty or defective, please keep the products until we advise they may be discarded. We may require you to return the products at your cost for inspection and will refund these costs if your claim is found to be valid.
We will assess your claim and if a product are confirmed to be incorrect, faulty or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customers must store products correctly as per label instructions. We will not offer a refund or replacement where the product is damaged or faulty due to your misuse, neglect or failure to store the product in accordance with the instructions on the label.
We will process any refunds payable to you using the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product or otherwise from the date we accepted the claim.
Change of Mind
As food items are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice.

4. Food Safety and important information
Food Safety
Always follow storage instructions set out on the label. We are not liable if products are not stored correctly.

Allergens
Products are made in a kitchen that may handle nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.
While care is taken, we cannot guarantee products are free from traces of allergens or the substances listed above.
Seasonal Variations
Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products, natural variations in colour, flavour, and consistency may occur.
5. Website
Website Accuracy
We aim to keep all information accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images, or prices, but are not obliged to do so.
External Links
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, trademarks, logos, and branding, is the property of Ali & Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise used without our express written permission.
Prohibited Use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security, harass or harm other people, be defamatory, inappropriate, fraudulent or misleading or engage in unlawful conduct.
6. Liability
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law and except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions:
• we expressly exclude all warranties, description and representations, whether implied by statute or made by us;
• our liability resulting from a breach of warranty (express or implied) will be limited as follows:
• if the breach relates to our products, to the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent goods; or
• if the breach relates to deliveries, to the re-supply of the delivery or the cost of having the deliveries supplied again; and

• you release us from any loss (including all forms of direct, special, indirect or
consequential loss), injury, damage, liabilities or claims arising out of or in connection with our products, our provision of goods or services to you or this website.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations, in whole or in part, to the extent that the delay or failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, natural disasters or transport disruptions.
7. General
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are illegal, invalid or unenforceable, then:
• if it can be modified to give it a valid and enforceable operation, it must be modified to the minimum extent necessary; or
• in any other case, that provision must be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions continue to operate as though that provision had not been included.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
