Ali & Co. Shipping Policy

At Ali & Co., we ship all orders directly from our South Yarra kitchen studio using Australia Post Parcel Post. Every parcel is packed with care, wrapped securely, and sent with tracking.

Shipping Rates (Australia-wide)

• $17 flat-rate shipping for all orders under $90
• Free shipping for orders $90 and over
• Express Post is available for $23

All rates are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing Time
We pack orders every 1–2 business days. During busy periods (launch weeks, Christmas, or market weekends), dispatch may take slightly longer — but we always work quickly to get your jars on the way.

Delivery Timeframes
Australia Post delivery estimates:
• Standard Post: 3–8 business days
• Express Post: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Sending a Gift

If you’re sending an order as a gift, you can leave a note at checkout with the message you’d like included. We’ll handwrite your message on a card and include it with the parcel.

Gift orders are packed with extra care, and no prices or invoices are included inside the parcel.

International Shipping
At this stage, we ship within Australia only. International shipping will be reviewed in the future.
