Refund policy

We want you to enjoy our products and comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds and returns.
We offer a replacement or refund for incorrect, faulty or defective products or products which fail to be of acceptable quality. Please email us at hello@aliandco.com.au as soon as possible and provide us with your order number, details of the issue and photos.
For incorrect products we may provide you with instructions to return the products at our cost.
For products claimed to be faulty or defective, please keep the products until we advise they may be discarded. We may require you to return the products at your cost for inspection and will refund these costs if your claim is found to be valid.
We will assess your claim and if a product is confirmed to be incorrect, faulty or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Customers must store products correctly as per label instructions. We will not offer a refund or replacement where the product is damaged or faulty due to your misuse, neglect or failure to store the product in accordance with the instructions on the label.
We will process any refunds payable to you using the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product or otherwise from the date we accepted the claim.
Change of Mind
As food items are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice.
