By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are:

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

3. Product Information

We take great care to ensure all information on our website is accurate, including product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, pricing, and photography.
However, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

All products are made in small batches in Melbourne, Australia.
Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and label.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

  • update pricing at any time

  • discontinue products (including seasonal or limited editions)

  • limit quantities for any order

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement.

5. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, including debit/credit cards and other supported methods.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide.
Delivery timeframes and shipping charges are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

Once an order has been dispatched, Ali & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for “change of mind”.

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Your privacy is important to us.
Any personal information collected through your order or account is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
