All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• During busy periods (launches, holidays, markets), processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work as quickly and carefully as possible.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following flat-rate shipping within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $10.00

• Free Shipping: Orders $75.00 and over

• Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location:

• Standard: Approx. 3–8 business days

• Express: Approx. 1–4 business days

4. Shipping Carrier

Ali & Co. uses trusted carriers such as Australia Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If the address entered is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Any parcels returned to us may require additional postage to resend.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, please contact us at hello@aliandco.com.au and we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the carrier.

While we cannot control carrier delays, we will always do everything we can to support you.

7. Hot Weather Policy

During periods of extreme heat, we may delay dispatch to avoid spoilage or leakage.
This is to protect product quality and ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

If a delay occurs, you will be notified.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
